Founded in 1921, the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Catholic University of the Sacred Heart) is one of the most renowned universities in Italy for its academic excellence. As an EU project leader on cybersecurity and close collaboration with its teaching Hospital Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS, it brings vast experiences in delivering training and healthcare excellence. It has coordinated the H2020 PANACEA project and it is a member and coordinator of PHCAS, the PANACEA Healthcare Advisory Service (https://www.panacearesearch.eu)
Founded in 1964, Fondazione Policlinico Universitario “A.Gemelli”, or FPG for short, is an academic medical centre operating in all areas of health and clinical care and is one of the most important and internationally acclaimed healthcare providers in Italy. Caring for thousands of patients every year, it is staffed by ICT experts and network teams responsible for implementing cybersecurity and maintaining system state-of-the-art, legal experts responsible for Data Protection compliance and a clinical engineering department. With highly qualified staff on board, FPG has brought extensive experience and expertise on all facets of cybersecurity in healthcare, testing the tools developed in the H2020 PANACEA project, also bringing key insights to other healthcare organisations and policy makers.

The Fundació Privada Hospital Asil de Granollers, or FPHAG for short, is a healthcare, socio-sanitary and social care center, integrated into the comprehensive healthcare system of Catalonia. FPHAG comprises several centres and is led by a Patronage and a Board of Directors. The Foundation is made up of the Geriatric Center Adolfo Montañá and the General Hospital of Granollers, which provides health care assistance both for acute and non- acute patients and it is the reference hospital of the territories comprising the area known as Vallès Oriental, covering a population of around 400.000 people and with a total number of beds of 340. It has been partner of the H2020 CUREX project (https://curex-project.eu)
The 7th Health Region of Crete, or 7HRC for short, is the regional authority responsible for the specification development of health policies. It is the only health region in Greece operating an Integrated Health Information System used by all hospitals and primary health care units, spanning Health Centres and Urban Primary Health Care Units, which are interconnected. In PANACEA, it brought extensive knowledge of operational practices in healthcare and experiences in digitising services with cybersecurity top of mind. With highly qualified staff on board, 7HRC has helped define requirements and testing the tools developed in the H2020 PANACEA project.
